We are a Boutique Real Estate Firm
After having worked at the largest real estate franchise in the U.S. for a number of years, Kirk realized the large brokerage model isn’t designed with the client’s best interests in mind. Instead, many folks looking to buy and/or sell often times fall into the care of inexperienced and/or part-time agents that learn by making mistakes in the transactions of those they’re representing. The turn-over rate of these brokerages can be surprisingly high due to the lack of one-on-one support and accountability that eventually leads many to quit the business altogether.
Instead of treating folks looking to buy and/or sell as a number, we concentrate on customer service and strive to exceed your expectations. We’re able to maintain top-notch service by working with only a handful of clients at a time. Your transaction will always remain with your designated consultant. You will not be handed off to a transaction coordinator and left behind after going under contract on your dream home. Instead, we increase our communication and information to ensure you have a solid grasp of all the details surrounding your transaction so you can make informed decisions throughout.
Our Easy Exit Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with the level of service you receive. If at any time you are not satisfied, we ask that you share that information with us and provide us with the opportunity to address it. That being said, you may terminate this agreement at any time prior to being under contract to purchase a property. If you do decide to terminate, please do so in writing and provide the reason why you have decided to terminate. We are proud to be able to say that we have never had any clients (buyers or sellers) take advantage of our Easy Exit Guarantee.
Our Home Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with the home you purchase as your primary residence. So, if you buy a primary residence through us and for whatever reason are not satisfied with it, simply reach out to us within 18 months of the closing date and we will sell your home for free*, including our premium marketing package to ensure you get maximum exposure and top dollar.
*Note- you will be responsible for compensating the agent that brings the buyer 2.8% of the sale price, however, our services to list, market, negotiate and sell your property (typically 3.2%) will be provided to you free of charge.
