We take time during our introductory meeting to get to know you and the "why" behind your desire to buy or sell. You need time to get to know us. If you are a buyer, we like to tour a few homes together before signing representation paperwork. We need to be sure that we can help you achieve your goal in the timeframe you've provided. If you are a seller, we spend ample time on the front-end to ensure that you understand how we work, our track record, and our marketing plan. We also need to ensure that we can help you meet your goals and timeline.
Second, then we establish paperwork
Once you are confident that we are the right fit for you and we determine that we can help you - then we can sign the state-required paperwork that establishes our working relationship.
