Our Approach Feels Different:
We are your coach NOT a referee
Thank you so much for registering on our home search website! It's important to choose a strong, experienced, trustworthy real estate agent to help you through the process of buying or selling. Have you selected an agent yet?
First, let’s talk about the difference between an Agent and a Transaction broker
Real estate professionals are required to disclose to you whether they will represent you as an Agent or a Transaction Broker in the representation contract paperwork that you sign when establishing your working relationship. The difference between the two roles is significant and affects you. I discuss the difference between the roles in the video above.
Second, we choose to represent you as Agents
We choose to represent you as Agents with a fiduciary responsibility to act with your best interest in mind during your real estate transaction. What does this look like? We will provide you with a detailed analysis of comparable market sales to the property in which you are interested. This helps you understand if the property is reasonably priced. We do our best to collect as much information as possible from the listing agent of the home in which you are interested to help inform you as we draft an offer. We negotiate on your behalf during all phases of the transaction, especially inspection.
