Boulder County Realty Quarterly Market Data: Q3 2016
Low inventory and high demand across Boulder County continued to drive appreciation in home value this quarter compared to the period one year prior. We are seeing days on market increase by 10%-20% compared to Q2 2016. This is expected and considered to be a seasonal trend. The ratio of list price to sales price continues to hover around 1 or 100% meaning that most homes continue to sell at or around asking price. Lending rates continue to remain low. The Federal Reserve is indicating that they may raise rate in Q1 2017.
