Homes in Anthem Ranch
Homes in Anthem Ranch were built between 2006 and 2020 (the final four homes were completed in 2020). The community was designed by Del Webb (a division of Pulte Homes), an established leader of Adult Living Communities. Pulte, Toll Brothers, and David Weekley built the homes in Anthem Ranch, although Pulte built the majority of homes.
There are approximately thirteen-hundred single-family ranch-style homes ranging in size from twelve-hundred square feet to nearly five-thousand-seven-hundred square feet. All have a minimum of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. There’s a mixture of homes without basements, with basements, and with walk-out basements. some have views of the Rocky Mountains to the west, and some homes back to meticulously maintained open space.
The homes within Anthem Ranch were designed with low-maintenance exteriors and modern floor plans with vaulted ceilings. Of particular benefit and not all that common in the area is that the Anthem Ranch roofing on the homes is made of concrete tiles, which are known for their longevity. In addition, you will likely receive a discount on your homeowner's insurance policy since most concrete roof tiles are considered Class 4 for their impact resistance. When living on the front range of Colorado, it's often said that roofing is more commonly replaced due to hail damage than that of old age. So, insurance companies love it when roofing is less susceptible to hail damage and therefore provide a discount on the policy premium.
