What’s the Catch?
We ask that if you take advantage of selling with us for free, then you work with us to buy your next home within six months of selling your previous home. We will provide our full suite of services again to you, although this time YOU are the buyer looking for the perfect home with the most reasonable price/terms possible. We will collect a commission on this portion of the transaction, but it won't come out of your pocket. The seller of the home you buy pays our commission.

We Can Offer You This Opportunity Because...
Traditionally, when you hire a Realtor® to assist you with the sale of your existing house and purchase of your replacement home, the Realtor® would earn 2 commissions;
Commission #1 The commission for marketing and selling your home
Commission #2 The commission for representing you on the purchase of your replacement home (this commission is paid by the sellers of the home you buy)
As you see, even though our services to assist you through the process of buying and selling are free, we will still earn a commission paid by the sellers of the home you buy.
Rather than charging you 6% for our VIP Home Seller Program, you will be charged just 2.8% of your home's sale price. The full 2.8% will go to the agent that brings the buyer for your home (as a result of our marketing). The 3.2% we traditionally receive as compensation for marketing and selling your home, is waived as long as you buy a replacement home through us.
If you sell your house for $800,000-
You pay 2.8% of the sale price ($22,400)
The other 3.2% ($25,600), that we would normally charge you, is waived in exchange for your agreement to purchase your replacement home through us.
You still receive 100% full service and in this example, you keep an extra $25,600 in your pocket as a result of this limited-time offer.

I got Kirk's info from a colleague of mine that said just try him . I had him over and of course, everything sounded great but I was resistant to sign up (not because of him, but with any real estate agent).
